I’ve really been into eco-friendly wines lately, and this Sauvignon Blanc is perfect for the warm weather. I typically only drink Sauvignon Blanc’s from California or France (so not from New Zealand where they are well-known), and since this wine is made in the same style as a French Sancerre, it’s perfect for my palate. The wine is crisp and refreshing with notes of pear and lemongrass. With sustainable farming practices, I feel good about supporting a small family business that doesn’t overproduce their wine. Quality over quantity!
